About The Role and Your Impact
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will support the TxtCart sales effort in multiple functions while developing your skills to grow into an Account Manager role. Your daily responsibilities will include the prospecting and sourcing of potential decision makers, leading qualification phone meetings, and facilitating the closing of deals by leveraging the TxtCart knowledge base. You will create an excellent first impression for prospective customers over multiple channels, including email, phone, and social. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, corresponding with customers and driving TxtCart’s message to the market. You will be responsible for all forms of outreach in an effort to lead demos, keep pipe line full and close new business with Advanced Shopify Stores and Shopify Plus Merchants alike.
How Will I Contribute?
- Engaging with potential prospects over email and phone to qualify and set appointments for the account executives
- Identifying target customers for TxtCart through email, phone, and social channels
- Maintaining active engagement with leads through informed, creative follow-ups
- Researching and developing prospective accounts
- Working closely with account executives to identify qualified accounts and define strategies for outreach
- Partnering with marketing to deliver proper messaging and identify the best target market segments
- Achieving quarterly quotas for developed leads and closed business
- Provide Zoom Demo Calls to Enterprise Prospective Clients
- Promote TxtCart services and offerings
- Participate in team calls, discussions and decisions
Skills You Will Bring?
- 1-2 years of SDR or BDR experience, previous work with SaaS Sales preferred
- Superior Calling and Emailing Etitique
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to build relationships with prospects and B2B clients
- Able to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce Sales and CRM and BuiltWith as well as other prominent sales tools and software
- Good organizational skills for scheduling
- The ability to express our company values and product and offering in content that sells
