The support is great. Have not used it too much yet but the support is always there. Not outsourced, it’s solid support. For $1 a month you would have to be a fool not to have this app recovering carts for you.

The price is very good with a very good and fair free option for new stores. The set up is seamless and very easy to navigate. This app definitely deserves its 5-star rating! The customer support is exceptional, one of the best I’ve worked with in terms of Shopify apps. They responded quickly to my questions and even created a special text template to fit my needs. As far as the cart recovery texts, the default template that activates automatically is really nice, and doesn’t sound too automated or spammy. I’d 100% recommend this app!

Simple to use app that works. I had heard about it from a buddy of mine and after using it on one of my stores decided to outfit all of my stores with TxtCart. It’s a no brainer to re-market to a warm audience with text messages.

They have saved me so much money, and have always responded very quickly. Customer service is important to them and it’s very apparent. I have been using the free plan up until now. but I start scaling soon so I will be upgrading happily.

We installed TxtCart a before things got weird with the virus and it had a several positive conversations that yielded a few sales. It was impressed but now wow’d with the results. After the lockdowns started, our traffic spiked and so did abandoned carts. Thankfully ‘Lindsay’ has been able to recover a greater percentage than any emails (Shopify, MailChimp or Klaviyo) ever have. Now I am wow’d. 😉

Switched to this app after using LiveRecover for a few months. I’m still in the process of fine-tuning the settings to suit my store, but so far the customer service has been great! They’re super easy to get in touch with, and they respond fairly quickly.

Really like the free trial/free forever options but the paid plan is where you make the money 100%. Avg 23% conversion rates on abandoned carts with sms is so good I’m very happy. I would like to see more customization in their sms campaigns but they assured me they actively launch updates and features to accomodate. Interface is also very pretty and clean

I got this app to pair with my email abandoned cart flows from Klaviyo and it works so well! The onboarding takes less than 5 minutes and then you just wait for the abandoned cart messages to be sent out. I checked back a week later and was pleasantly surprised by the results. Added an extra $2,482 in 14 days which is nuts!!
