The support is great. Have not used it too much yet but the support is always there. Not outsourced, it’s solid support. For $1 a month you would have to be a fool not to have this app recovering carts for you.

As a new business owner just starting out on Shopify, SMS cart recovery is a no-brainer, zero risk with unlimited upside. The free version of TxtCart provides the perfect solution. As my business grows I can’t wait to implement SMS and MMS campaigns to drive more sales.

Had an issue getting setup, and their support team took care of everything super quickly. Very friendly and helpful. Excited to see how much revenue lift the live agents/ai can generate for our small business with SMS. I’ve tried other sms platforms and TxtCart is by far the best one I have used thus far.

I did not have a text marketing app until i found this one because others we’reto expensive and not the most user friendly. The price is very good with a very good and fair free option for new stores. The set up is seamless and very easy to navigate. The text feel like actual human conversation and customer support is great. I got a reply within minutes. I highly recommend this app.

This app definitely deserves its 5-star rating! The customer support is exceptional, one of the best I’ve worked with in terms of Shopify apps. They responded quickly to my questions and even created a special text template to fit my needs. As far as the cart recovery texts, the default template that activates automatically is really nice, and doesn’t sound too automated or spammy. I’d 100% recommend this app!

Well, I have been searching for an app like this since SMS text marketing is a new and powerful way to recover lost carts and so far this app I have been using on my own, plus friends of mine don’t mind that this is a must- install app!

So I downloaded this app to hopefully get some cart and checkout back! if you are a starting store or small business and don’t want to spend too much money on apps at the start the free plan is a nice help, as you could get some abandoned checkout back. Also their support is perfect like their services. Simple to use.

Check it out friendly service, app has potential, and could possible increase your conversions by 20-40%, price is reasonable. The developer does his best and what he believes is in your best interest to help you. Just be clear with what you want done.

Simple to use app that works. I had heard about it from a buddy of mine and after using it on one of my stores decided to outfit all of my stores with TxtCart. It’s a no brainer to re-market to a warm audience with text messages.

They have saved me so much money, and have always responded very quickly. Customer service is important to them and it’s very apparent. I have been using the free plan up until now. but I start scaling soon so I will be upgrading happily.

We installed TxtCart a before things got weird with the virus and it had a several positive conversations that yielded a few sales. It was impressed but now wow’d with the results. After the lockdowns started, our traffic spiked and so did abandoned carts. Thankfully ‘Lindsay’ has been able to recover a greater percentage than any emails (Shopify, MailChimp or Klaviyo) ever have. Now I am wow’d. 😉

Switched to this app after using LiveRecover for a few months. I’m still in the process of fine-tuning the settings to suit my store, but so far the customer service has been great! They’re super easy to get in touch with, and they respond fairly quickly.

Hunter was helpful in getting our store up and running with text message abandoned cart /marketing. During this COVID-19 we decided adding SMS would be a crucial channel for our business and so far, it’s been paying off. Hoping that we can scale to their next plan when these times pass.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with TxtCart in the past few weeks. March has been our best month thus far. After speaking with some of our customers, they truly appreciate the level of engagement that our store/brand has with them now. People are missing out if they aren’t using this!

Very helpful and friendly with any requests or problems. They chatted me up quite quickly typically even on weekends. You know they really care. Had a small issue with a bug but it was fixed in a day or two 🙂

Really like the free trial/free forever options but the paid plan is where you make the money 100%. Avg 23% conversion rates on abandoned carts with sms is so good I’m very happy. I would like to see more customization in their sms campaigns but they assured me they actively launch updates and features to accomodate. Interface is also very pretty and clean

Been working with email marketing as of late but adding conversational texts is going to take us to the next level. I’ve used TxtCart on other stores since their beta period and have to say I am very impressed with it so far. The stats are great, they really do an awesome job interacting with customers while converting those abandoned carts. The Pro Plan pays for itself but it’s awesome they even offer a free plan to get started. Such a helpful app

Great app! Simple and does what it say’s. Love how personal the text message abandoned cart messages are, probably why the conversion rates are so much higher than other sms apps I have tried.

I got this app to pair with my email abandoned cart flows from Klaviyo and it works so well! The onboarding takes less than 5 minutes and then you just wait for the abandoned cart messages to be sent out. I checked back a week later and was pleasantly surprised by the results. Added an extra $2,482 in 14 days which is nuts!!

I love this app. My recovery is 63%. Like WOW! Their customer support is also amazing. The app pays for itself and more. Every other app that does anything similar to them charges a fortune and doesn’t provide anything close to what I am getting right now.
